  3. Cook Onions and Spices: Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Add grated ginger and chopped garlic, and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add Tomatoes and Spices: Add chopped tomatoes and cook them until they soften. Then, add turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir well and cook for a minute.
  5. Add Cauliflower: Add the boiled cauliflower florets and mix them well with the masala. Add salt to taste and cook for 5-7 minutes, covered.
  6. Add Garam Masala and Garnish: Add garam masala and stir. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Gobi Sabzi is ready: Serve the Gobi Sabzi hot with roti or paratha.
