Gobi Sabzi (Cauliflower Curry) Recipe
Gobi Sabzi is a delicious and healthy Indian dish made with cauliflower, onions, tomatoes, and various spices. It’s easy to prepare and perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower: 1 medium-sized (chopped) – Order here

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Boil it in salted hot water for 5-10 minutes, then drain the water and set the cauliflower aside.
- Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Cook Onions and Spices: Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Add grated ginger and chopped garlic, and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add Tomatoes and Spices: Add chopped tomatoes and cook them until they soften. Then, add turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir well and cook for a minute.
- Add Cauliflower: Add the boiled cauliflower florets and mix them well with the masala. Add salt to taste and cook for 5-7 minutes, covered.
- Add Garam Masala and Garnish: Add garam masala and stir. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Gobi Sabzi is ready: Serve the Gobi Sabzi hot with roti or paratha.
