1. Shipping Areas

We currently provide shipping services in the following locations:

  • Dholpur
  • Morena
  • Agra

We are actively working to expand our delivery areas to serve more regions across India in the near future.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Shipping costs vary based on order value, delivery location, and product type. Exact charges are displayed during checkout.
  • Free Delivery: Orders above a specified value qualify for free shipping. Check eligibility details at checkout.
  • Express Delivery: We offer 10-minute delivery for groceries and fresh vegetables in select areas.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
  • Express Delivery: For eligible products, we provide 10-minute delivery for groceries, vegetables, and essentials in select areas. Food items (e.g., pizza, tea) are delivered within 20 minutes.
  • Electronics and Other Products: These may take 3–5 business days, depending on stock availability and location.

4. Delivery Method

  • Local Deliveries: For areas like Dholpur, Morena, and Agra, we use our KartShri drivers to ensure fast and reliable service.
  • Out-of-Area Deliveries: For regions beyond our local areas, we partner with trusted shipping services such as eKart and Shiprocket  to deliver your order promptly.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • In case of delays due to stock unavailability or other issues, we will notify you within 48 hours via email or phone.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email or phone number.
  • You can also track your order in the My Orders section of your KartShri account on our website or app.
  • For real-time assistance, use our live support feature (powered by 3CX,).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply, as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • We will notify you of any failed attempts and schedule a second attempt or arrange for pickup.

8. International Shipping

We currently offer domestic shipping within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, includes missing items, or has other delivery issues (e.g., wrong product, custom order discrepancies), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly, in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Order Confirmation: By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.
  • Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, KartShri is not liable for delays caused by third-party services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
