File Uploads (User-Initiated):

Our app allows you to upload files (e.g., for a profile picture or to return a product). To do this, we use the built-in Android file picker.

We do not request permission to access your photo library, camera, or any files on your device. Your files are accessed only when you manually select them and grant permission for that single action.

Payment Information:

We provide multiple payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments. For online transactions, we use a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay, to securely process your payments. When you make a payment, you are redirected to Razorpay's secure environment.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers, CVV, or net banking credentials. We only receive information from Razorpay that is necessary to confirm your payment, such as a transaction ID and payment status.

Our app may include links to other external services (e.g., social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, or messaging apps like WhatsApp). As required by our app's code, accessing these links will first show you an explicit consent dialog with the external URL. If you agree, the link may open in an external application.
