1. Return Eligibility

  • Due to their perishable nature, fresh vegetables and fruits are non-refundable.
  • If the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement if reported within 60 minutes of delivery.
  • Please inspect the items immediately upon delivery and notify us promptly via email or phone.

  • Return requests can be made within 2 days of delivery in the following cases:
    • Product is expired or damaged.
    • Wrong product delivered.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

2. Refund & Payment Processing

  • Refunds are processed through Razorpay, UPI, or the original payment gateway used for the purchase (Razorpay Terms).
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

3. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases)

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
  • Service-based products, custom orders (e.g., personalized designs uploaded via the app), or subscriptions are non-refundable once activated or processed.
  • Return or refund requests raised beyond the allowed time periods (60 minutes for perishables, 2 days for groceries, 7 days for other products).
